I am currently only accepting credit cards on my website. American Express, Discover, Visa, and Master Card payments are accepted directly through my secure payment gateway.
If you would prefer to pay with a check or postal money order you can email me with your preference.
Shipping
All purchases include a gift box and are securely and safely wrapped for shipping. KarilynDesigns.com accepts no responsibility or reimbursement for lost packages if delivery has been confirmed at the destination Post Office.
Domestic Shipping - All items are shipped USPS insured with delivery confirmation.
USPS First Class Mail $3.50 (2-7 days)
USPS PriorityMail $7.50 (2-4 days)
International Shipping – USPS Global Priority - please contact me for specific postage amount. It will vary depending on the destination.

Custom Orders
If you see something on the site you like but want a different color or a different size or possibly a different clasp, please email me with your request and the item number and I will get back to you with options and pricing.
If you have something particular in mind and can describe it to me in detail I will string an example piece and email you pictures for your approval.
All custom orders require a 50% deposit at time of order, balance due when item is ready for shipping.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery for any custom orders. Custom jewelry is handcrafted upon receipt of the order.
No exchanges or refunds on Custom Orders. Please read my return policy.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 10 business days for a refund of your purchase price less shipping costs. Please email me before you return any item. All merchandise must be in “as new condition” with original packing materials.
If there is a problem with your order please email or call me within 5 days of receiving the item. I will promptly send a replacement upon return of the merchandise and will refund your return shipping costs.
No exchanges or refunds will be made on Custom Orders. If for some reason your custom order is not quite what you were looking for, such as size, color, etc., please contact me! I want you to be happy with your new jewelry!
Any returns must be sent Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or similar shipping with a tracking method. Thank you!
Repairs
If an item you purchased on this website should break under normal use within 1 year I will repair that item for free provided all the beads are returned. Otherwise there will be a replacement charge for the beads if your jewelry is older than 6 months. I will repair any item I've made at no charge for the labor no matter how old the piece is.
Restringing
I offer restringing on items you did not purchase on this website at $2 per inch. Please contact me with a detailed description and the type of beads needing to be restrung. If your item is missing beads and you’ve found similar beads on this website please contact me before sending the item to be sure I still have those beads.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are welcome and are usually based on a quantity discount. Please contact me for more information.
